Q: What services do you offer?
A: PhotoSays.com offers portrait and event photography in
the Philadelphia suburban area. We also offer graphic
design services including photo cards, invitations,
brochures and album design.
Q: Who is PhotoSays.com?
A: PhotoSays.com is owned and operated by Lori Keating in
Chalfont, PA. Lori has completed photography courses at
Pennsylvania State University and Bucks County College in
addition to attending various specialized photography
workshops. With a fine art emphasis, Lori will give you
creative, unique images.
Q: How do i schedule a session?
A: You can call or email us and we can schedule a mutually
convenient time and location for your session. We will also
review your photo needs, wardrobe suggestions and our
pricing.
Q: How long are sessions?
A: Typically a portrait session will last one hour. Event
photography length is determined in our contract with you.
Q: How far will you travel?
A: We will travel within a 20 mile radius of our office
free of charge. Beyond 20 miles, we will charge you a fee
for travel that will be discussed with you and approved by
you prior to your session.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash, check and Paypal.
Q: Can I use my own photos for a card or specialty item?
A: While we prefer to use our own images, we understand
that you may have a favorite photo or live too far away to
make this possible. Therefore, we do offer design only
services for photo cards where we can either provide you
with cards or a jpeg for you to print locally. Please email
us directly for more info. For specialty items we will also
accept your own jpegs. Email us directly to discuss size
and quality requirements for specialty items.
Q: Do you have samples?
A: We have sample photo cards that will be shown to you at
your session. You will see the different card stock and
feel the quality of each type of paper. We will also bring
the specialty item samples to your session for you to
evaluate.
Q: Can I order a gift certificate?
A: Sure, a gift certificate for a portrait session and
custom birth announcements or a specialty item is a great
shower gift. Moving announcements would make a unique
housewarming gift. Gift certificates are available in any
denomination for any item and/or service.
Q: What is your guarantee/return policy?
A: We guarantee your complete satisfaction with our
services. We will come re-shoot any photo session if you
are not pleased with the results. For this reason, we do
ask that you reschedule any session if your children become
ill. Photo cards are emailed to you for your approval and
once approved they can not be returned unless the lab or
PhotoSays.com made an error. Please review your card
carefully before approving it. Specialty items, due to
their nature, are not returnable unless they are defective
or in the event of a lab error.
